Hi, my name is B.A. Lampman. I paint, make collages, and give workshops. I also write and publish a monthly newsletter called Feed the Monster.

  • This info page is in flux while I decide how to revamp my website, my newsletter, and my life.

  • Meanwhile you can learn a little more on my about page.

  • Check out my resource page where I’ve started compiling things related to journaling, note-taking, and more.

  • Please contact me with any questions, or if you just want to say HI.

The shop, while neglected, has five categories:

  • workshops

  • portraits (original paintings)

  • collage works

  • 100 Days paintings

  • my book 100 Days of The Artist is Present

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.

SHIPPING via Canada Post will be determined depending on your location, and there will be no mark-up—I can give you an estimate of the cost of shipping before you order if you like. Shipping will be charged separately.

Sign up for Feed the Monster, a weekly missive from the studio, where I share what's cooking—whether painting, collage, or one of my other obsessions. I will never share your info, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

I know I know, I've talked/written about my struggles getting back into drawing and painting for SO LONG NOW!

YEARS!

Here I am at it once more, this time perhaps more inspired and motivated to find some ease with it again because I'm reimmersed in
Feed the Monster No. 97 -- DADDY ISSUES

I met my father for the first time when I was around 15 years old. I'd heard my whole life that he was funny and charismatic, but bad news as a family man. Then suddenly there he was, charming the pants off my
This isn't glued down yet, but it's probably ready to serve as my demo collage at Saturday's collage workshop.

I show everyone how I put a collage together, and I talk about the various glues I have on the table and what's best to use with the vari
