Tomorrow (December 17th) will be the fourth anniversary of my friend Cliff Doerksen's death. I loved him very much, and to say I admired him would be a gross understatement. He made a deep and abiding impression on me, and I will probably never stop drawing from the well of his influence on my world-view. I will never stop missing him, nor stop feeling keenly the Clifford-shaped hole he left behind. This is not a guy you want to lose.
I've posted lots of links to his writing in the past, so I won't do that again, but I will provide this link to a "brainpickings" post- at the bottom you'll find a link to his "Chicago Reader" archive, plus if you'd just Google his name you'd find a lot more.
